Martijn is one of the co-founders of LegalThings and the commercial service platform FIRM24. At PwC, he made sure that mergers and acquisitions ran smoothly. He hopes to shape the future by digitizing contracts and legal advice, eliminating unnecessary intervention of paralegals and lawyers.
Arnold is one of the co-founders of LegalThings, and the key figure within the technical team. Arnolds has over 10 years of experience in the field of software development and deployment. As a software architect, Arnold guides the high level decision making process that is necessary during the development phase and takes care of the overall quality of the software.
Rick is one of the co-founders of LegalThings and FIRM24. Before Rick gave in to his true nature as an entrepreneur, he worked at PwC and Deloitte as a tax specialist. His personal mission is to simplify and streamline software processes using LegalThings, providing customers with the best race possible.
As COO and former legal advisor, Martijn is the key figure when it comes to the daily operation of LegalThings. Together with the Legal Tech Consultants team, he’ll accompany clients throughout the onboarding process by giving demo’s and training to (potential) new customers. To Martijn, every client is a new possibility to show what LegalThings is capable of.
Jelle de Jong
Jelle has always had a passion for dealing with challenges that are linked to doing business in the digital era. During his master’s Intellectual Property, Internet Law & ICT, he worked as an intern at DLA Piper and PepsiCo. Jelle helps you see the full potential and acts as the face of LegalThings, being the first contact for new clients.
As Chief Legal, Diederik is responsible for the content of the contracts, agreements and the other legal documents. He advises customers on the liability issues and contracts. Before joining the LegalThings team, Diederik worked as a lawyer and has more than 5 years of experience as a jurist.
As CTO, Sven is responsible for the daily technical operation of LegalThings, including all the software. He has plenty of experience as a (lead)developer and scrum master. His skills and experience make him the perfect fit when it comes to managing the development team and its daily tasks.
Sarfaraaz is a full-stack developer at LegalThings. This jack-off-all-trades is completely comfortable both as a back-end or as a front-end developer. He takes care of the implementation of new features of the software and makes sure that is functioning perfectly. Before joining LegalThings, Sarfaraaz studied Software Engineering.
Moesjarraf started working at LegalThings in 2014 as intern, and is currently one of the main figures of the development team. For example, the Document Management System (DMS) was completely developed by him, and is now used within LegalThings. After his internship, he joined the LegalThings as an actual developer. He mainly focuses on the back-end, but is also completely comfortable helping the front-end devs out if needed.
Jurre studies Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam and works as web developer at LegalThings. He mainly works on the development of mobile applications of our software, and is a real asset to the team due to his experience with the development of mobile friendly websites.
Desmond works at LegalThings as an online marketeer. He focuses on SEO and other technical features concerning the website. Furthermore, Desmond takes care of the partnerships that result in valuable cooperation within the field of content. Desmond has finished his Master’s in Communicationscience.
As an online marketeer, Nick concerns himself with SEO and other technical features of the website. He also manages the site and decided which features need to be added, removed or altered. Nick is currenlty also a full-time student, hopes to have finished his Master’s in Marketing by next year.
